At the heart of our operation are our skilled artisans. Our experienced pattern makers, guided by market trends and customer preferences, create bespoke designs and perfect fits. Our dedicated team of waxers, stitchers, cutters, quality checkers, and material packers work meticulously, ensuring every detail is flawless. The journey of our leather begins in our sourcing department, where we gather the finest zips, threads, fabrics, labels, buckles, buttons, rivets, zippers, ribs & wools, flexible lycra, thermos bonded soft wadding, and fabricated fusing. The leather then enters our selection room, where rigorous quality checks eliminate any flawed skins.

From there, it’s stored carefully before being issued to our cutting department based on the order sheet. Our experienced cutters transform the leather into precise panels, which are then passed to the stitching department.

The jacket progresses through a series of meticulous stages: finishing, lining, buttoning, and multiple quality checks. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, with quality control at every step.

Finally, the finished jacket reaches our packing department, where it undergoes a final inspection before being carefully packaged.
